RA Atum provides blockchain-based tokens, presale participation, donation rewards, and community engagement tools.
We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for the security of your devices and internet connection.
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access or interfere with our systems.

4. Wallet & Blockchain Use

Users connect third-party wallets (e.g., MetaMask) at their own risk.
All blockchain transactions are irreversible and non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and private keys.

5. Donations & Rewards

Donations (toys, clothes, funds) may be rewarded with RA Atum tokens as a community initiative.
Rewards are discretionary, not guaranteed, and impose no monetary obligation on RA Atum.

6. Token Disclaimer

RA Atum Token is not a security, share, or regulated investment.
The token’s value may fluctuate; we are not liable for gains or losses.
No promise of profit or future value is made.

7. Fees & Taxes

You are responsible for all network (“gas”) fees associated with transactions.
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your activities.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use RA Atum for illegal activities (including money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or activities that violate sanctions/AML/CFT laws). We may suspend access if you violate laws or these Terms.

9. Risk Disclosure

Smart contracts may contain bugs or be subject to exploits.
Digital assets are volatile and may lose value rapidly.
Third-party failures (wallets, bridges, networks) can result in loss.

10. Third-Party Services

We may link to or rely on third-party services (wallets, analytics, CDNs). We do not control and are not responsible for those services or their policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and trademarks are owned by RA Atum or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RA Atum from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RA Atum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; nor for losses from hacks, wallet mismanagement, smart-contract bugs, third-party services, or market volatility.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16. Changes to Terms

17. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the competent courts located in India.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RA Atum regarding the services.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
