Wallet not connecting? Make sure:
  • You have MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or WalletConnect installed
  • Your internet is stable and wallet is unlocked
  • Your wallet is set to Binance Smart Chain or supported network
Tokens not showing?
  • Add RA Atum token’s contract address in your wallet (see Tokenomics page)
  • Ensure you’re on the right network
  • Double-check your transaction on BscScan if needed
Failed or pending transactions?
  • Ensure enough BNB for gas fees
  • Try again with a lower amount if the network is busy
  • Refresh and reconnect your wallet
Agent not working, or auto-rewards not sent?
  • Ensure your wallet is connected and has enough RA Atum tokens
  • Review the agent’s configuration in your DApp dashboard
  • Check if the platform or channel (Telegram, Discord, etc.) is connected and permissions are granted
  • Try restarting your agent, or reach out to support
Problems connecting, or accessing your dashboard?
  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date (Chrome, Firefox recommended)
  • On mobile? Use WalletConnect, or try desktop for full features
  • Disable conflicting extensions, clear your cache, and retry
  • Check your network and wallet address is correct
